Bluebeam software has a bit long process for an interview.
First, you have to go through simple video conference 1:1 with person at HR. It is typical, talk-about-resume type process. They ask you few questions about the resume and non-technical questions, which are easy to answer.
After, you have to go through two online assessment test, which are pretty simple, some are multiple choices and other ones are coding. They are easy to finish for software engineers.
Then, you have to do a project where you find a way for a maze from the picture. You need to do this in C# I believe because I did it in Python easily and they required me to use C#, which was very difficult for me. They said since they use C#, I need to do it again. This is where I failed.
So if you do not have good skill in C#, chances are pretty low because you need to do this in C#.
Overall, it was a good experience, but if you do not like long process that has a project in it, do not attempt applying here.
