Take home coding challenge assignment. (which is never discussed after you submit) Interviews asked about my current project. With 0 understanding of my domain, he/she asked irrelevant bookish questions. Coding interview- The interview copied the questions from geeksforgeeks. Gave a working solution, with good enough space time efficiency, but looked like the interviewer wanted the solution to be the same as he/she had in his/her mind. I would advice them to change their interview process, otherwise they would never find the "right" candidate.
