I applied in-person. I interviewed at BlueSprig (Tracy, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and easy. The bcba was nice and asked relevant and fairly simple questions. I felt good about the overall interview process. I was offered the job on the spot.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at BlueSprig (Gainesville, FL) in Jul 2025
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter then in person interview and observation. The first phone interview is way to get to know the company they ask questions like your experience with ABA therapy and working with kids. Second part of the interview is in person and this goes over what specifically they're hiring for and what does it look like and observation of the job.
They have you do a phone interview and then will schedule you for an in person interview. It was a little odd because they had me interviewing with another candidate for a position and called it a collaborative interview.
It was fine. I was asked to interview and met with a few members of the local team who asked about my interests, experience, and availability. Nothing particularly out of the ordinary.
