The first phone interview is way to get to know the company they ask questions like your experience with ABA therapy and working with kids. Second part of the interview is in person and this goes over what specifically they're hiring for and what does it look like and observation of the job.

They have you do a phone interview and then will schedule you for an in person interview. It was a little odd because they had me interviewing with another candidate for a position and called it a collaborative interview.
