Asked why I want to be an RBT, asked about willingness to handle diapers, and then tried to figure my general understanding of ABA and gave me some general information. Ended with me asking some questions and receiving an in-person 2nd round interview.
very welcoming, had a lot of anxiety and doubt going in but they are very patient and kind so dont be to stressed. take time answering your questions you will not be judged poorly on that.

Our first phone interview process went really well. I really enjoyed speaking with Claire and Hayley via phone interview. They really made me feel welcome and set up a second interview. I cannot wait to meet with them in person to continue the process. Willing to meet me in the middle as well! Very enjoyable experience
