There were 3 interviews; 1st with a Recruiter, 2nd with the APM, and final with the PM and a Tech Manager. The main questions you are asked are situational - how do you interact with unhappy clients/owners/peers, as this is the bulk of your interactions (because it is a stressful industry.) Overall I feel 3 interviews for a lead CSR role is a bit extensive but it was not unpleasant.
