Went through an initial phone screen with a recruiter that was about 10 minutes. Second, another phone screen that last about a total of 30 minutes, then a physical interview with a director, then a scenario-based interview with a team and people on the phone. Sure was a lot of interviewing for this position! I thought some of the process was out of sequence, as I was sent background screening/drug info prior to an offer (which led me to believe I was in good shape).
