Interview
It was a multi-step process. There was a screening, an online test, and then an in person interview that was conducted with two people. The first person asked typical interview questions, the second person went through a unique problem solving process.

They ask you to go through a problem-solving process that includes basic math. You cannot use a calculator but can utilize pen and paper.
