30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager. Very personable, normal step through the resume and answer some general safety engineering process questions. I received no contact back from the company for 3 weeks after the interview, despite following up. This is also the 3rd time I have been ghosted by Blue after an interview, the first two times were for contract roles through a 3rd party. Withdrew myself from consideration based on their unprofessionalism.
