Their IT department is extremely disorganized. I listened to some of the stability issues they were having. Instead of having specialists with different areas of responsibility, everybody does everything leaving inferior results. You spend all your prep time preparing to give a one hour speech, leaving no time to prepare for anything else. One interviewer asked me a question regarding the major job responsibility. I gave the right answer and the interviewer said it was wrong. I actually contacted one of the actual product team members afterwards to confirm the correct answer, Apparently, I knew more about the issue than the interviewer, who insisted I was wrong. days later, I was ultimately denied with the explanation that I didn't know enough about a different product that was not even listed in the job responsibilities, but I suspect the issue has more to do with an EEOC violation or telling the interviewer that I am 100% sure I had the right answer to the question he had wrong. There were a lot of questions that no relevancy to the position whatsoever, so the interviews felt more like a trivia game rather than a serious interview. I really like the organization as a whole and what they are doing, but the team I met was undeservedly arrogant and disorganized. I am not sure how anything runs there with that crew. I expected better from them.
