Blue Origin Human Resources Program Manager interview questions

Intense process for an HR-level position; 3 levels of interviews including a final round and bar raiser that took an entire day via Microsoft Teams. I was happy that Blue was willing to work with me in scheduling the interviews with flexibility however, I disappointed when after the first two rounds, a week before I was having to present for my third round, they changed the job title/description. Still continued with the process but it left me wondering why the sudden shift mid-interview process.
