If your application is approved you must pass a phone call interview. The phone questionnaire does not include typical interview questions about experience or career. It’s a long questionnaire about your moral and ethical views about life and work.

Extremely laid back, seemed almost as if they were checking to make sure you had a pulse. Almost everyone who applied, got the job. The application ages ranged from around 16-60 years old.
