It's very laid back and based on their hiring patterns, there is definitely openings, thus the company must be profitable. I had a very casual interview as the first, which was basically a conversation with a few basic interview questions. They called me back and I shadowed a sales representative for a few hours. We went to lunch and the representative asked me more detailed questions and when we got back to the office the manager had a brief discussion with me. They called me later that night with an offer.
