I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Cross of Idaho (Meridian, ID) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interviews were easy, but this is another company that likes to waste your time on multiple interviews then ghost you. They need to do better on communication and have a little respect for candidates' time.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Blue Cross of Idaho (Meridian, ID)
Interview
The interview process spanned approximately four months and included five stages: phone, video, and in-person interviews. I met with nearly the entire department, as well as several cross-functional leaders and team members who would have been my direct reports. During these conversations, staff expressed concerns about their current workload and organizational structure.
Initially, the recruiter at BCI was prompt and communicative; however, after the first month, responses to my follow-ups became infrequent. The process felt unnecessarily prolonged, and despite being informed that I was a finalist among two candidates, communication ceased entirely for over a month. I later learned that the position had been filled and the new hire had already started before I received formal notification.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blue Cross of Idaho (Meridian, ID)
Interview
The interview process was lengthy with multiple steps. There was quite a bit of waiting between the steps but they did reach out and keep me updated with next step.
