Interview
I was expecting an interview, it was the first bite I'd had in months, so I was fired up, and the initial email said they wanted to learn about my background, but the first thing the interviewer said was that they only had 15 minutes, so it seemed to pivot more towards a "culture fit" discussion, but there was no forewarning that that's all the interview would be at this stage.
I tried to speak to my qualifications, having prepared for days to answer the slew of typical interview questions, but I guess they just wanted to have a friendly hello chat and end it. Which felt dismissive and borderline insulting.
Again, if that had been mentioned in the contact email that that's all the initial contact would consist of, I wouldn't have gone to the lengths of preparation a typical interview requires.

Interview
Grueling process, and ended up being a waste of time. Very disappointing to put a candidate through 4-5 rounds of interview steps to get a rejection email less than 8 hours after the final interview that took an hour and a half from my day. Clearly qualified, but it appears from their LinkedIn employees if you don’t fit their “image” you may not have a chance.

Interview
Very lengthy process that ended up being a waste of time. 3 separate rounds of interviews, with the last one being an hour and half. Grueling process, just for them to email a rejection within a few hours.
Unfortunately from looking at their LinkedIn employees, if you don’t fit their “image” you may not have a chance despite qualifications and experience.
