It was easy. A few questions about your experience and briefings on the job role. I was given some documents to read and later did two online training courses and exams.

They provide a thorough application form to fill in and I sat down in their office and filled it in there and then . The staff were helpful and were able to clarify any problem areas quickly. Face to face meeting to take copies of ID.
