I was really disappointed with this interview, as the COO was not very energetic and did not exhibit good leadership skills as to how he felt about the company. It felt very disorganized, compared to other start ups I have interviewed with in the area. I was also extremely put off with the company, as the person interviewing me for the position was constantly rude and grilling me on questions when I clearly expressed I did not have expertise with that area. It felt really uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Also, I find their webpage insulting, as they offer free coffee and tea as benefits. I have not heard anything back from the company about moving forward since my interview. I do not see how they stand out as a start up, and that is something they need to seriously work on.
