Blow Dry Bar interview questions

This was a group interview with a lot of interviewees. We were split into two groups of about 17 people each. First part required us to partner up with another interviewee and introduce ourselves to each other, and in turn, introduce our partner to the group. Part two required us to get into groups of four, which were chosen at random, and make a sixty second commercial about Dry Bar. Hard if you don't think quickly on your feet. Part three, the group of 17 was split in half again and given either a scrunchie or a hair clip and told to sell it to the entire group as anything you want. After all this, we were taken upstairs and asked typical interview questions.

Emails from the owner were a little sporadic and sloppy. She really needs to learn how to spell check before hitting send. The interview was fairly standard. Performed a basic wash, blowout, and updo on a model that the owner and manager provided. I was then taken into the office for a basic owner/employee interview. Standard questions were asked about my work history, why I left my previous job, etc.
