First interview was over the phone. The interviewer called me 10 minutes late and never apologized for it during the interview. She basically asked me to go through my resume. It took her 4 weeks to get back to me and I had to reach out multiple times to receive my rejection letter.

I applied online and then spoke to two people over video chat - one HR lady and one in the Buying/Planning department. The HR woman asked behavioral questions, and the other woman asked more fashion-related questions.
