I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
Met with three different people starting with the Human Resource manager. Seemed to take a long time to go through the complete process and a lot of people involved. Although everyone was very nice, there was a lot going on that pulled the attention of the people involved.

Late, irrelevant questions, nothing regarding my experience, did not discuss role did not ask me if I had questions. Seemed rushed as soon as it began. Very quick
