The HR lady called me from Singapore and asked a series of competency questions like what do you know about our company and why do you want to work for us, what is your strength...which are easy to answer. However, it was my first formal interview and i didn't catch this great opportunity. Anyway, i learned my lesson.^^

It was an initial phone interview and the questions were based on personal background and working experience. They will ask questions related to current finance news.
First stage: Screening (CV and 5 questions) Second stage: Video Interview (10 questions) Behavioral and motivational questions (around 1-1 1/2 min answer) Third stage: Team Leader Interview (with two team leaders)

Language Proficiency: Applied online and it took about 3 months to get a response, then they scheduled a phone interview with a native speaker employee. They introduce themselves and jump into the interview right away. The interview is short 15-20 min.

smooth, clear instruction and testing process, easy to access. online interview. you have time to prepare between each question. I found the whole process quite clear. They sent the invitation several days after you applied online.
