It was straight to the point, no time wasting. The interviewer had thoroughly reviewed my curriculum vitae and just wanted to clarify one aspect. The interviewer was highly knowledgeable, warm and demonstrated her high level of competency.

The wanted to know if I had experience with a specific standard.
Went through a few rounds, including a group session and meeting some of the team members and managers, Felt like they were looking for people with a good balance of technicals and soft skills.

Interview
It was smooth with basic code challenges and behavioural questions. I initially went through the screening process, which included my background and interest in the role. I was moved to the next stage of the technical assessment, which included questions on Python, Pandas, and SQL to answer.
Usually 4 rounds. First round with HR to gage your background, second with team leader on your technical expertise and business case scanrio, third with team manager on more broader vision and perspective in your career goals and a possible fourth round with local manager
