I submitted my application and got the interview offer after 2 days. The interview questions include: 1. why Bloomberg, 2. why sales and analytics 3. what is the value of Bloomberg and how much I know about this company, 4. what is my projections on this role.

I feel there was no difficult questions and there was no technical questions, because it was the first-round. well, the most difficult one might be the questions on my understanding of the sales and analytical role.
It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
