A recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin, asked for my resume and suggested edits.Had a phone interview then offered me an interview in DC. I then interviewed with 5 individuals for about 30 minutes each. The higher their position, the more difficult the interview was. Most of them were very conversational and about you.. some not. Then ate lunch with current members of the START program and the other four people interviewing the same day, where we could ask questions. Then there is an elimination round before you go onto the role-play using the information you find on their database. If you have had a sales job, you'll do fine. I found this to be the easiest part, if you make sure to ASK and CLOSE!
