The HR reached out in LinkedIn to send an assessment for me to do. When I tried to clarify with the HR - no response was given after almost more than 2 weeks. Sad that they are trying to get external candidates to perform "free work", which is aligned with the comments here. What a waste.
Run, if you see this company! You are essentially dodging a bullet.

Was approched on LinkedIn with instructions to complete a written assesment. I guess the dissapointing thing about these organizations is they expect you to share significant amount of time and intelectual knowlege but don't even take the time to acknowlege you taking the time.
This was what the message stated " Regret to say that only the qualified assessments will be contacted for Step 2"
