The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United
Interview
First interviewed with the recruiter. Had a call set up a few days later with the hiring manager. Then, I spoke with the ED. All interviews were via Zoom! Everyone was super helpful and communicated well throughout the whole process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
The "30-minute phone interview" took nearly an hour and a half. The first ten minutes included the interviewer reading all my positions and tasks aloud to familiarize themself with my qualifications, which was very odd. The interviewer was kind and spoke highly about their specific experience in the organization, but they had no knowledge of the team dynamic for the city I was interviewing for (except mentioning that they were dealing with a new director and retention - yikes). The interviewer also seemed distracted on multiple occasions and even apologized because their dog needed attention during the interview. The interviewer answered my questions with a lot of transparency about the salary, reimbursements, and hiring steps which was encouraging.
