I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United (Cranford, NJ) in Sept 2015
Interview
Applied through a referral. Process took 2 weeks. Both interviews were in the office. The first interview was a sit down with my potential boss and co-worker, while the second interview was with my potential boss, a director from a different department and the executive director of the entire chapter. I had to prepare a PowerPoint presentation about leadership that I presented in my second interview. Got a call a week later telling me I got the job.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2016
Interview
First was a short phone interview, which I'm guessing was to gauge personality and ease of communication, considering that's primarily what the job entails. In person is super relaxed as well. The people are incredibly easy to talk to and get excited about what they're doing, even if they're just pretending to be excited

Interview
First, there was an in person interview with two team members and then a phone call with the executive director. Overall, it was a pretty standard and easy interview process.
