Submitted an application then spoke with a recruiter for a screening. Afterwards he set up an interview with three leads in design. The interview lasted an hour. It was smooth and easy--the recruiter was communicative.

I met with the lead writers who were personable, informative, and engaged. They asked about my experience in writing, gaming, and past work that made me qualified for the job.
