I found the interview process to be very easy and forthcoming. After getting the initial interview email, it was very easy to setup the introductory interview. This interview was focused on me as a person and not my technical knowledge. My recruiter was very easy to talk to, and he helped me figure out everything that was need for the technical interview after he found out what areas I was interested in.
The technical interview was through Zoom and was very relaxed. I was asked questions about my interests in specific programming languages and tools. They then asked more in-depth questions based on what I had initially answered. The technical interview wasn't focused on my actual programming expertise; it was focused on my understanding of the tools, libraries, and general knowledge that they used.
