I applied online in May and got a call from the recruiter on June , 2018. I was set up with a phone screen a week later on July and The team gave the feedback on the same day for phone interview. I was asked to solve a hacker rank problem the same week and i completed in couple days. I was very amazed how soon the turn around time was for phone screen and hacker rank problem review. I was asked for the time for onsite interview. I responded with the onsite interview availability dates i heard back nothing. After waiting for couple days, sending couple emails, I had to call back to the recruiter to check why i dint see any schedule yet . However it was to my surprise i learnt that she dint have an answer for me . The recruiter doesn't have a proper reason to tell the candidate WHAT and WHY . I am still waiting to hear if my onsite interview will happen or not and have no clue how long i have to wait. I understand we are on the other side and are asking for a job, but it does not give the employers any right to be rude or reckless . I was very happy to see how fast things moved and am very pissed to see how clueless i am now. Above all surprisingly i see the position is still open in all the job boards. I am not sure if they are accepting candidates or not but holding on people shows less respect for candidate'S time and that is not appreciable.
