I applied online. I interviewed at Blissfully (Boston, MA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interaction leading up to the call was too casual to be considered professional, which was also continued during the call session. For example, they did not bother to send a scheduled invite for the interview to which I had to do, and proudly admitted, " I didn't even think of sending an invite." Are you serious?
They did not seem to have little to no grasp of the culture that they already have in place or are attempting to cultivate. As they simply reiterated what their product was. Again....are you serious?
When asked what the list of responsibilities for the role, they reached out to me would entail. They stated that they did not know in full. Again........ARE YOU SERIOUS?
Please do not allow them to waste your time with any "opportunities" they may have available. Very unorganized.

Question 1
Q: What compensation are you looking for in this role, given the brief overview for it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blissfully in Mar 2020
Interview
Highly unorganized and relatively uncomfortable process. Interviewers were very closed off, unwilling to directly answer any questions, and arrogant. It seemed as though they, even the founder, were reading off of a script. I did not find any of the interviewers to be professionally dressed, with one even wearing a baseball hat and a t-shirt with holes in it. I did not feel welcomed.
