Professional but human interviews. I had a first interview with their talent team and then one with my future line managers in person which worked well for a kind of chemistry test.

Question 1
They enquired about my contacts and connections with various agencies given my previous experiences with a variety of agencies. This transpired to be used to then help inform which agencies would fall within my patch.

Overall the interviews focused on learning about my experience. For the competency part, it didn’t strictly follow the STAR behavioural format. It was a pleasant interview experience overall.

Have you come across any challenges in the project you needed to overcome?
3 rounds of interviews- 1 simple HR screening round which is a 10 minute call, the next a technical round with the insights manager and lastly an assessment to complete and present to a panel of interviewers.
