Interview
They ask about your personal training experience and responsibilities of being a BLINK Personal trainer. The entire interview process was essentially a very obtuse way of telling you that you have to be a salesman masquerading as a fitness instructor.
Lighthearted but professional. I liked that I was able to get to know the interviewer and about the job. It's sad to hear the closing of a lot of Blink Fitness Clubs.
Depending on the interviewer, the experience of the interview process will vary. That said, I believe the questions that are asked: reasons for applying, general guidelines about dealing with a fictional client, and training background is reasonable.

Interview
Pleasant formal and personal. Asked of my expectations and prior experience. As well as my certifications. What puzzled me was how fast I got hired, got a call the next day.
