The interview process consisted of 7 rounds:
1. Recruiter phone screen 2. Hiring manager 3. Director 4,5,6. Team member interviewers (3) 7. Final Presentation
Each round lasted for 45 minutes. The 1st 6 were all conversational with interviews just gauging whether the candidate can do the required tasks through open-ended questions. The 7th round was a presentation I prepared about a real project I handled in the past. This was another method to evaluate my working style.
Overall, the interviewers were kind people and the entire process was completed within 3 weeks.
