BlastX Consulting Program Manager interview questions

As others have mentioned, their process is long. I applied for the job a few weeks before hearing from them. I had almost forgotten I had even applied. After reviewing the position details again, I had some hesitation about the technical needs and weather or not I would meet them, but went ahead with the interview as a way to find out. Turns out I was right, my technical skills were not a fit, and we decided not to move forward, which was what I expected going in. The person I spoke with with kind and friendly and progessional. My main frustration was in the way the interview was set up. I received a very short email saying they wanted to talk to me and that they would be sending a tentative calendar invite. Since I was not offered interview times ahead of time, we ended up going back and forth a few times to reschedule since the original calendar invite did not work for me. This was a frustrating detail since it meant I had to spend time emailing back and forth to settle on an interview day, time that could have been avoided had they asked me for times that worked, or mentioned some times for me to select from, up front. I did have to reschedule again due to an illness, so I do appreciate their flexaibility.
