Applied online and interviewed within the following week - fairly simple just highlight hospitality, opportunity for growth at the organization, and adaptability given that it is a small company that is always changing
group interview;
task 1. customer/employee roleplay including serving 'customers' food and beverages with specific requirements
task 2. group questions, questions able to be answered by whole table, average around 5-6 people

Interview
Group interview where you role-play working in-store at different stations, then answer a few questions about yourself. Hobbies, 2 words to describe yourself, why you want to work for the company, and then availability and planned holidays, and commute times. Then, a short virtual interview asking your availability, commute time, hobbies, words to describe you, and why you want to work for the company again.
