Two interviews. The first was a casual one-to-one chat and the second involved two people - one asking the questions and the other transcribing. Questions were fairly standard. It was disappointing that after receiving a rejection, the interviewer twice ignored my request for feedback

They were very friendly. It was a sit down interview with questions regarding dealing with customers and their queries, awareness of academic environment and reading lists. I also answered questions about stock ordering and how to problem solve if orders were lost and/or damaged
