I spoke with 7 different people in a lengthy interview process that involved 5 interviews including a full loop. Then the company ghosted me - neither recruiter, nor anyone else I tried to get in touch with responded to any of my emails. No feedback at all. Given so much mutual time invested, this is outright disrespect.
