A well-organized interview process consisting of five steps:
1. Intro call with the recruiter (approximately 20–30 minutes).
2. System design interview with an engineer.
3. Live coding challenge – solving a problem in React.
4. Meeting with the lead – focused on my past experience, approach, behavior in specific scenarios, and team fit.
5. Feedback and offer.
Overall, it was a positive experience. The interview process was not easy, but the friendly, professional, and positive approach of the interviewers made it smooth and relatively stress-free.
