Attended interview with Blackbaud company, first round is technical written test with 60 minutes time frame and 13 questions from Database for this i have allocated 20 mins out of 60 minutes and one programming question with 40 minutes time frame

Question 1
below is the programming question.
write a program to find array pairs from .given array(like array size is 4 and following is values{20,0,3,4,5}) and the the pair sum should equal to 20
Example
input : {20,0,3,4,5}
expected out put: 20,0

2. Stack related which is scenario based

Interview
It involved total 4 round. 1st was an online test, rest all were F2F interviews.
2nd & 3rd was tehnical and last round was Techno-Managerial round.
All of the F2F round were completed in the same day.
