They will send you documentation about their benefits and how great the company is. Manage your expectation until you get the offer. I was given a written assessment after the final interview. The entire process took 1.5 months. It could have been longer if I had not reached out to them for the outcome. HR said that I did not get the offer because I did not do well with the troubleshooting questions during the final interview. I wish they would not send the written assessment if someone failed in the final interview. That would have save the applicants time and effort in answering the written test.

Very quick from start to finish. First interview is you recording answers to their questions and second interview was in person. I actually didn't mind the recorded video part like I thought I would.
