There are two interviews, the first is more laid back and conversational. The second is full of the typical "tough interview" questions. Make sure you wear business appropriate attire, it is requested heavily so make a good impression.

You are required to complete an application on-site prior to interview. I would understand this if the position I submitted my resume for was hourly - and the information requested was not identical to the information on my resume. The interview itself was with the two individuals. Both gave the impression that they had better things to do than an interview. One called four days later to let me know they were still interviewing candidates - and then never heard from them again!
