It is a 3 step interview. The interviewer doesn’t do all the talking as per usual interviews, they want to get to know you. Be prepared to speak about yourself and ask many questions.

Submitted resume online. Was called back almost immediately. Granted phone interview...sort of. I would be wary of this company. They do not say what they actually do on their website. The person on the phone would not tell me what I would be selling. They would not tell me what the salary was. Their whole goal was to get me into the office for an in person interview. I told them my salary expectation was 90k+ and when I finally got them to answer me ANY question directly it was to tell me the position was an entry level. This after they had seen my resume and all of my experience. Be very wary. Even new comers to the sales industry should be wary in my opinion.
