Got Finance VP interview first (about an hour) and CEO interview (about two hours) next week. Both of them were Skype interview but I heard that some people get their final on-site.

Why BizFlow, What BizFlow is doing, What is your value in your life and so on. Not technical questions for me. They want to see your attitude first, not skillset and knowledge
