I've applied online. After a while I received an email to schedule the interview with HR. Ater that, I got a link to a test, which needed 80% to go to the next phase. I did the test in the Hackerrank, the test was ok, but these online tests, where they take pictures of you and you need to do stuff without even looking at google are always a bad sign for the company. But ok, I passed the exam and did the interview with a manager. The interview was long, with a lot of technical questions and teoretical scenarios. After that, i was gosted by almost 3 months, until I got the 'not going forward with you' email. I read before other people telling the same thing, that they even got to the final round and never got any answer for months and months.
