Bison Transport interview questions

2 rounds. 1st round: Over the phone with HR 2nd round: Over team call with the team lead and department head. Many questions are situation-based. 1 question was about "describe a time that you had to manage a stressful situation - what was the outcome?"

Prescreening with HR personnel and just 1 interview with the hiring manager before a decision is made. Offer sent in within a week. Total process takes just less than three weeks or so.
