My interview experience with Bisnow was exceptional from start to finish. Throughout the process, I had the opportunity to participate in an initial screening call, meet with peers, potential members of my team, and speak with sales leadership, including both VP and SVP executives. Every stage of the process felt intentional, engaging, and genuinely focused on finding the right mutual fit.
What stood out most was the consistency of the culture across everyone I met. Regardless of title or tenure, each person embodied a high-performance mentality paired with a willingness to support and develop others. I was impressed by how much emphasis was placed on continuous learning, creativity, and taking initiative. Conversations ranged from prospecting strategies and market trends to career growth and leadership philosophies, and each interview left me even more excited about the opportunity.
I especially appreciated the transparency with which people spoke about both the challenges and rewards of the role. Team members were generous with their advice and shared thoughtful insights into how they had grown within the company. It was inspiring to hear stories from individuals who had started in entry-level positions and built successful careers while contributing to Bisnow's growth.
Perhaps most importantly, every interaction reinforced the sense that Bisnow is a place where ambitious people push one another to improve, celebrate each other's successes, and foster a competitive yet uplifting environment. By the end of the process, I felt that the company had done an excellent job of showcasing not only the role itself, but also the people and culture that make it special.

Question 1
One memorable question I was asked focused on the last time I took the initiative to further develop a specific interest or skill on my own.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bisnow (New York, NY) in Aug 2025
Interview
I really enjoyed the interview process. A recruiter reached out to me via linkedIn, which was followed up by a 30 minute phone screening. After a few days a zoom with a director of sales, which was followed by an in person interview in their NYC office. After that a final screening with the BDR manager and other head of sales
It was quick. 4 interviews in 1 week and a half. Last one in New York CIty
Offered me the job, then took it away.
Lots of false hope.
Did not reimburse for parking either.
