the interview is based on a test that you take. It is very much this way for the state of Texas. Many questions are asked about your teaching style and attitude towards children, this score will be a major factor in obtaining an interview with the district. If your personality fits then the rest of the process is very easy.

I submitted my application and heard back promptly. It was easy to schedule an interview and they were flexible. Everyone was very professional, and they asked great situational questions regarding curriculum and behavior.
