I'm quite introverted and I find interviewing very challenging as I think a lot of people do. The first interview was technical straight out the gate which I was a little taken a back by. They didn't really care about my past experience, projects I had worked on or anything about me as a person really which I felt was a little off putting. The person I interviewed with also spent 5 minutes at the end just critiquing all of my answers and telling me what I should have said. Decided not to continue with the process as my gut feel was that this wasn't the right fit for me and they were really quite discouraging. Some feedback would be, I know you're trying to get through applicants quickly and not waste peoples time, but by doing this you're likely alienating a lot of candidates who value that kind of connection in a workplace. Also the way the feedback at the end is delivered is quite harsh, especially when you don't give the candidate the opportunity to respond to it.
