I received a call from the Head of HR for a quick introductory phone interview. A virtual interview was scheduled with the hiring manager for later the same week. The interview itself took about 30 min over Teams. The questions that were asked felt too specific as if asking for free advice on how to run the team. I was told that the next step in the hiring process would be to have an interview onsite with a few people, however that never happened and I never heard anything after a followup with the hiring manager or the head of HR.
