Interview
Met the head of business development through a professor, came in to see the lab, and then a few months later for a semi-informal interview. Interviewed with the 3 upper-management personnel, just reviewed my resume, asked some straight forward questions about my experience/skills. Very nice people, and the interview was very enjoyable.
